Payment Policy for Standard Rate:
- The guest will be charged the 50% of the total amount 7 day prior the arrival.
- Remaining balance to be settled at the hotel upon arrival.
- Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
- Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
- At check in, the same Credit Card, used at the time of booking, should be presented.
- A valid credit card must be presented during the check in.
Cancellation Policy for Standard Rate:
- Free cancellation is allowed for this rate 7 days prior the scheduled arrival.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged the 50% of the reservation.
- In case of non-show the quest will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Payment Policy for Semi Flexible Rate:
- The 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at booking.
- Remaining balance to be settled at the hotel upon arrival.
- A Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
- Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
- At check in , the same Credit Card, used at the time of booking, should be presented.
Cancellation Policy for Flexible Rate:
- No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
- In case of cancellation the pre-payment can be used as a voucher which the guest can redeem within 18 months.
- In case of non-show, the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
